This menu has been put together for groups and larger parties not wishing to pre-order from the a la carte menu.

Soup of the day. Chef’s home-made soup

Stuffed Breaded Mushrooms. Filled with garlic butter, breaded and deep-fried and served with garlic mayonnaise

Pork Terrine. Home-made rustic pate served with toast

Seafood Platter. A carefully selected ensemble of fresh fish served with French vinaigrette

Spicy Kebabs. Indian spiced minced lamb skewers served with a mini naan and mint yoghurt

 

Pork Calvados. Escalopes of pork cooked with caraway seeds, flambéed with Normandy brandy, served with an apple compote

Rack of Lamb. Scores and baked with French mustard and sugar, served with a red wine jus

Chicken Saltimbocca. Goujons of chicken breast cooked with fresh sage, topped with Parma ham and mozzarella with a cordon of marsala cream sauce

Scottish Sirloin Steak. Cooked to your specification served with peppercorn sauce

Salmon Steak. Char-grilled with grilled tomato, watercress, mushrooms and straw potatoes

Savoury Mushroom and Spinach Parcel. Served with a cordon of dill cream sauce
